The story of Menalto Development, from the very beginning, has been one of resilience and revival.  Faced with life's unforeseen challenges, Bernard Hurley, Founder and Owner, was dedicated to changing his life, and that of others, through his vision for a piece of Denver, once neglected and forgotten, that also needed a second chance, too. This revelation established and reinforced the Mission of our company–Provide our community with the resources, support, and space that they need to embrace their own paths.
