Winner of the Mayor’s Design Award, in 2017 Menalto Development proudly partnered with Molson Coors on the development of the Blue Moon Brewery - RiNo Location. A masterpiece of architectural re-use, and is the catalyst for the future redevelopment of his assemblage in RiNo Denver.
Hurley Place Phase 1
Phase I of the Hurley Place Development is shovel-ready and will showcase 202 residential units, 320,000 sf of office space and over 30,000 sf of retail/mixed use space.
